Here at Healthful Pets we want to say thankyou to our many loyal customers and your continued support. Every time you shop with us, you can earn points, which can be redeemed against a future purchase - making shopping with us for your all-natural pet products even better value for money. Please be aware that you can only obtain discount codes through the Healthful Pets website and not through any third party sites.
So here is a bit of information about our Loyalty Reward Scheme :
For every £1 spent (excluding postage costs) with Healthful Pets you will earn 5 points. So, if you spend £50 you will be awarded 250 points. Once you have collected 1,000 points you can redeem £5 off your next purchase, should you wish to do so.

How does the Scheme work?
To start earning points you will need to ensure that you have created an account with us to enable you to keep track of your points. Without an account you won’t be able to accrue any loyalty points. Click here to create an account.
- Your points will be credited to your account automatically 21 days after you have placed your order (to ensure that you are happy with your product and do not want to return it within our returns period of 14 days.)
- Once you have earned 1,000 points (£5 voucher), you can redeem these points against any product purchase.
- You will receive an email notifying you of this and a link to redeem a voucher.
- Alternatively you can log into your account and click on the orange 'Loyalty Points ' button in the bottom left hand corner. Further details can be found below.
- You can redeem 1,000 points / £5 per order.
- When you redeem 1000 points this will generate a code which you can use at checkout. Each code is randomly generated and can only be used once by one customer.
- If at any time you realise you have lost your loyalty code, just go back into 'Loyalty Points', see 'Your rewards', and click on 'View Reward' which will display your code again. Further details can be found below.
- In the event of returning an order earned points for that purchase will not be applied to your account.
- Rewards points expiration: Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be lost. Points will expire 365 days after the order date.
How to I get my discount voucher?
When you reach 1000 points, you will receive an email notifying you of this and a link so that you can redeem your points and get a £5 discount voucher. Alternatively you can log into your account and click on the orange 'Loyalty Points ' button in the bottom left hand corner.
Your Get Rewards page will appear
Click on Get Reward
This will generate a code unique to your account. This code will remain valid for 12 months, so it is not necessary to use it straight away. If you have redeemed points and forgotten your code, simply log into your account, click on Loyalty Points as shown above. You can click on View Reward to see all previous discount codes unique to you.
How do I apply the discount voucher to my order?
When you have decided what you would like to purchase and added them to your basket, go to the checkout. On the Review and Payment screen you will see 'Apply Discount Code' in green, click on the little arrow , and a box will appear ' Enter discount code'.
Copy and paste the code that you have been given into this box and click on Apply Discount. You will now see that £5 has been deducted from the price of your purchase.
It's simple – simply register, sign in, start earning and get your rewards! And don’t forget to keep an eye out for opportunities, where from time to time you may be able to earn double points and exclusive offers!
